Our focus?

Why is physical activity our focus?

Physical activity is vital for mental and physical well-being, reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety. However, globally, one in four adults fail to meet recommended activity levels, doubling the risk of diseases and increasing the risk of depression and anxiety.

Alarmingly, over half of Australian adults don't exercise enough, with 15% not exercising at all. Inactive men have a 60% higher chance of depression. Sana Days aims to empower others through exercise, promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Free running group that welcomes anyone and all fitness levels.
We run/walk, go for a dip in the ocean and then grab a coffee! The main goal is showing up and enjoying a wholesome morning of movement & connection.
